Shipping policy
Pre-orders 7ERAS is currently available for pre-order. You pay now, and we ship your order in September–October 2026, once the Kickstarter print run is produced. You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund — just email us at hello@7eras.games.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Saturday) after receiving your order confirmation email. For pre-orders, this applies from the start of the dispatch window above. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with the tracking number.
Shipping Rates
Europe, United Kingdom, United States, Canada: free shipping — delivery is included in the price.
Ukraine: free shipping.
Australia, New Zealand, Singapore: €10 (up to 1 kg) / €15 (over 1 kg), calculated at checkout by weight.
We currently do not ship to other destinations.
Shipping Origin Please note: While our legal headquarters (LaVend sp. z o.o.) is located in Poland, our manufacturing facility and main warehouse are located in Ukraine. All orders are shipped directly from Ukraine via standard International Air Mail with tracking.
