Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. For an order of multiple goods delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.

Pre-orders: for items purchased before the print run is dispatched, the 14-day period does not begin at the moment of payment. It begins on the day you actually receive the goods. You may also cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch by contacting us at hello@7eras.games.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can:

• Use the “Withdraw from contract here” function available in the footer of our website (no account login required); or
• Email us at hello@7eras.games; or
• Complete and send the model withdrawal form below.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal request without undue delay on a durable medium (e.g. by email).

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Relationship to our 60-day guarantee

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described here applies in addition to, and independently of, our voluntary 60-day guarantee covering manufacturing defects. Neither limits the other, and your statutory rights are not affected.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your order is eligible.
