RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The short version. You can return anything you buy on 7eras.games within 30 days of delivery, for any reason — including simply changing your mind. You may open the box and inspect the game, exactly as you would in a shop. There is no restocking fee, and no product is excluded from this policy. We refund the full purchase price, including the standard delivery cost you paid, within 14 days.
1. Pre-orders — cancel any time before shipping
7ERAS is currently sold as a pre-order: you pay now, and we ship in September–October 2026, once the Kickstarter print run is produced. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships, for any reason. Email hello@7eras.games with your order number and we refund 100% of what you paid to the original payment method within 14 days of your request. Nothing needs to be sent back, because nothing has been sent out.
2. Returns after delivery — 30 days, any reason
- Window: 30 calendar days, counted from the day you (or a person you nominate) physically received the order.
- Reason: none required. “I changed my mind” is enough.
- Opening the box is fine. You may unseal the packaging and inspect the components, exactly as you would examine the game in a physical shop. We only ask that you send back everything that came in the box. We may reduce the refund if the goods have lost value through handling that goes beyond establishing their nature, characteristics and functioning — for example missing or damaged cards, or a destroyed game box.
- Return shipping: if you are returning because you changed your mind, you pay the return postage. If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong thing, we pay — see section 4.
- Restocking fee: none. We never deduct one.
- Refund: the full purchase price plus the standard delivery cost you originally paid, back to the original payment method, within 14 days of the day we receive the returned parcel or the day you send us proof that you posted it — whichever happens first.
3. Your statutory rights (EU / EEA / United Kingdom)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The 30-day policy above is voluntary and is offered in addition to that right — it never reduces it. For pre-orders the 14 days start when the goods arrive, not when you pay. EU and UK consumers additionally have a legal guarantee of conformity of two years from delivery. Nothing in this policy limits it.
4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, email hello@7eras.games with your order number and a photo if you can. You choose: a free replacement or a full refund. We pay the return postage in these cases, and we may simply send a replacement without asking for the original back.
5. How to return — step by step
- Email hello@7eras.games with your order number, and say whether this is a change of mind or a fault.
- We reply within 2 business days with a return reference number and confirm the return address.
- Pack the item, write the return reference on the outside, and post it with tracking to the address in section 6.
- We refund as described above.
The return reference exists only so that we can match your parcel to your order quickly — it is not a permission you have to wait for. If you are exercising the EU/UK right of withdrawal, your notice to us takes legal effect the moment you send it.

Orders are dispatched from our production facility, but all returns are received in Poland. Please always send returns to the Polish address above, and never to the sender address printed on the parcel you received.
7. Items bought somewhere else
7ERAS products bought from another shop or website are covered by that seller's return policy. Please contact the shop you bought from.
